Our equipment comes from a UL-audited manufacturing campus with in-house fabrication, winding, vacuum processing, and an accredited test station, and we publish what happens at every step.
From steel coil to shipped transformer
UL Follow-Up Services audits this factory on an ongoing basis: the same production line, every production month.

Precision fabrication
Tanks and enclosures are cut on fiber-laser lines and formed in-house, keeping tolerances tight before a single winding is placed.

Dust-free winding
MV windings are produced in a sealed, dust-free winding room on CNC foil and wire winding machines. Contamination is the enemy of insulation life.

Vacuum processing
Dry-type coils pass through an automatic vacuum-impregnation system; liquid-filled cores are processed in vacuum drying ovens before tanking and oil filling.

Routine testing, every unit
Ratio, resistance, impedance, losses, applied and induced voltage, all run in a CNAS-accredited integrated transformer test station. Reports ship with the unit.

Partial-discharge verification
MV units are verified in a shielded partial-discharge test room: the test that separates transformers that last 30 years from ones that fail in five.

Oil lab & incoming QC
An in-house oil laboratory verifies dielectric strength and moisture on every batch of insulating fluid; incoming steel, copper, and insulation are batch-tested.
